Vancouver, British Columbia based criminal lawyer Greg DelBigio is an experienced Canadian criminal defence counsel.

Mr. DelBigio's legal practice covers a wide range of legal subjects including: income tax and GST related charges and investigations, Charter of rights issues such as search and seizure, search warrant challenges, and constitutional challenges to the validity of legislation, as well as driving offences, fraud, murder, and drug charges, proceeds of crime, extradition matters, and appeals to the British Columbia Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Canada.

Greg DelBigio has a long history of involvement with the Canadian Bar Association ("CBA"). He was the recipient of the 2003 CBA's President's award and since then his contributions have included:
  • Chairing the National Legislation and Law Reform Committee;
  • Chairing the National Criminal Justice Section (2006-2008);
  • Acting as Past Chair of the National Criminal Justice Section (2008-2010);
  • Sitting on the Steering Committee on Justice Efficiencies and Access to the Justice System (2006-2009).
Greg is also the co-editor of the Charter of Rights Newsletter published by Canada Law Book, and a frequent instructor of Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminars to other lawyers on a variety of topics in criminal law.
